How to book a plot
- 01Make the initial booking paymentPay the booking fee for the estate you have chosen.
- 02Share the proof of paymentSend your receipt to 0778103079, the official HMC number.
- 03Select your plot number
- 04Sign the sale agreement
- 05Submit the signed agreementEmail the agreement to harvestmpco@gmail.com.

Collecting your land title
There are two routes, depending on whose name the title carries.
Option A: take the title as is
Bring a photocopy of your valid National ID, sign the land title release form, sign the title out of the title book with a witness, and sign the land sale agreement showing full payment. You receive the title with a signed transfer form and the Board Resolution to sell.
Option B: transfer into your name first
Bring a photocopy of your valid National ID, a signed title transfer form and land sale agreement per title, a clear passport photo per title, your URA TIN number, and pay the title transfer fee to the lawyer.
