Stewards of a Generational Mandate
Not one office, but leadership and six committees, each accountable to members at the Annual General Meeting.
Meet the People Behind HMC
The people carrying the vision, the governance, and the day-to-day running of the cooperative.

Apostle Moses Mukisa
Carries the conviction HMC was born out of: that God's people must not only be spiritually alive, but economically empowered. He holds the vision that HMC is a generational mandate rather than a savings scheme.

Pastor Julius Kabugo
Chairs the Executive Committee, which carries overall responsibility for the direction of the cooperative and answers to members at the Annual General Meeting.

Vasta N. Kamara
Leads the day-to-day running of HMC: member services, savings and share administration, land transactions, and the Cinnamon financial management system.
Led Through Committees
Six committees carry the work of the cooperative, from vetting new members to appraising where member funds are invested.
Executive Committee
Sets the direction of the cooperative, carries overall accountability to members, and reports at the Annual General Meeting.
Welfare & HR Committee
Looks after the people side of HMC: member welfare matters and the staff who serve the cooperative day to day.
Supervisory Committee
Provides independent oversight of records, controls, and compliance with the HMC bye-laws on behalf of members.
Investment Committee
Appraises where member funds are put to work, including land, property, and other legal business activities.
Credit Committee
Reviews and decides loan applications against the HMC lending terms, eligibility, and guarantor rules.
Vetting Committee
Reviews membership applications so that everyone joining shares the Worship Harvest community bond.
Accountable at the AGM
Every year the leadership comes back to the members. Financial statements are read, the return on investment is shared, and the interest and dividend percentages are announced.
The meeting sits in March, and the figures presented cover every transaction up to 31st December of the previous year, so what is declared is what the cooperative actually did with member funds.
Owned by its members. Answerable to its members.
How the annual cycle runs
- The Annual General Meeting is held in March of the following year.
- Financial statements are read and presented to members at the meeting.
- The return on investment, interest, and dividend percentages are announced.
- Interest and dividends are uploaded to member accounts within two weeks after the AGM.
- All transactions are calculated as at 31st December of the previous year.

Build With People You Trust
HMC is a community before it is a cooperative. Join the structure, save consistently, and grow alongside members who are building for the long term.
